WebTransferZH : Terms of use

  • This service may not be used for private purposes.

  • Confidential data must be sent in encrypted form.

  • The email address of the sender or the recipient(s) must be listed in the Canton of Zurich’s address information system (ZHdirectory).

  • No service guarantee is provided.

  • The user has no automatic right to support from the cantonal administration of the Canton of Zurich.

  • The transferred files will not be backed up and will be deleted after the period defined by the sender.

  • - All transactions are logged to ensure traceability. These logs may be analysed to uncover any misuse of the service. Misuse will be penalised. The logged data includes the following:
    • The time of the upload.
    • The IP address of the sender’s computer.
    • The email addresses.
    • The name and size of the files.
    • The IP address of the recipient’s computer.

  • Confirmation that the terms and conditions have been read.

WebTransferZH Release

Seit dem 9. Januar 2026 läuft die neuste WebTransferZH Version.

Download-Link: Neu werden in der heruntergeladenen Zip-Datei keine vorangestellten Nummern (Datei Präfix 01_...) mehr erscheinen.

Zudem wurden für das optionale Passwort die kantonalen Vorgaben übernommen.
